Limited liability company “GidroSpetsPribor”- is a specialized enterprise for production of hydrotesters and flowmeters for hydroequipment diagnostics on technics and for supply stationary hydraulic stands with the control, measuring and diagnostic equipment.

Twenty years of experience in development of diagnostic devices of hydraulic machinery actuators has allowed the company to create and produce a number of compact, multipurpose devices, ensuring implementation of innovative technology of diagnostics and providing such parameters that uniquely characterize hydraulic equipment performance.

Hydrotesters produced by “GidroSpetsPribor” LLC are applied for identification and troubleshooting of hydraulic drive, for maintaining operable condition of the equipment, for doing business of machines’ hydrodrives technical diagnostics. Hydrotesters have a high competitive potential, are in demand in all regions of Russia, are exporting to different countries.

 

HYDROTESTER GT 600 M, DETAILED DESCRIPTION

 The hydrotester GT-600M is now available in two versions:

GT-600M.01 – without quick-release coupling (first version);

GT-600M.02  – with quick-release coupling (second version);

Top measured flow rate limit: 350 l/min, top pressure limit: 400 kg/cm2.

The modifications with the measured flow rate up to 500 l/min and pressure up to 600 kg/cm2 are also available.

The hydrotesters GT-600M.01 and GT-600M.02 are used to diagnose the hydraulic systems in construction, road building, utility, logging, mining, track and farm machinery.

The parameters of the hydraulic drive are measured to evaluate the technical condition of the hydraulic system and to identify the malfunctioning control structures.  The regulation characteristics of the hydraulic elements are verifiable and the necessary settings are adjustable.

The hydraulic unit of the hydrotester incorporates a loading device, a pressure gauge, a flow transmitter and temperature sensor, all protected by a cover. A threaded fitting and a quick-release coupling at the inlet and a threaded fitting at the outlet are used to tap into the hydraulic system. The system can be tapped into without a quick-release coupling (GT-600M.01).  

This electronic device has a reliable metal casing with a digital readout and a measurement mode selector. 
Weight of hydraulic unit: 5 kg, weight of electronic device: 1.1 kg.

The loading device is used to build up pressure in the hydraulic system to test the hydraulic equipment. The responsive loading device (control knob rotates with little effort) provides:

– stepless pressure adjustment and control in the hydraulic system;

– diagnostics of hydraulic systems without hydrodynamic impact.

The high-precision reversible turbine flow transmitter measures the parameters of both direct and reverse flow. 

Quick-release coupling offers the possibility of quickly switching the hydrotester (without any loss of process fluid) from the pump diagnostics mode to the diagnostics of hydraulic systems and pressure relieve valves.

Hydrotester GT-600M.01 is used to diagnose various hydraulic systems by successive connection to required hydraulic circuits.

Hydrotester GT-600M.02 in the hydraulic drive with a single-entry pump provides testing of technical condition of control structures without any remounting of the hydraulic system, also with minimal depressurization of hydraulic lines and dismantling of threaded assemblies.  In the split-flow hydraulic system it takes a single remounting to connect to the second flow circuit.

With the hydraulic unit of the hydrotester GT 600M.02 connected to the hydraulic system beyond the hydraulic pump the electronic measuring instrument shows:

– temperature of process fluid in the hydraulic system;

– pump discharge rate in l/min for no-load operation;

– pump discharge rate under load produced at the outlet by pressure build up of the loading device;

– volumetric efficiency of the pump as % (e.g., 95%, 80%).

The pump control valve performance is determined using the pump discharge rate value based on the pressure value at the outlet.

After the pump is diagnosed, there is no need to disconnect the hydraulic unit of the hydrotester to perform the following operations:

– measuring the volumetric efficiency of each subsystem of the hydraulic drive;

– measuring the volumetric efficiency at each outlet of the control valve;

– determining the amount of hydraulic losses in each section of the control valve, also in each hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor (l/min. or as pump output percentage);

– checking the settings of pressure relieve valves and their adjustment;

– checking the operability of the system controlling the control valve spools and return mechanisms.

The hydrotester GT-600M.02 is primarily recommended for diagnostics of high-complexity hydraulic drives (excavators, mobile cranes).

The electronic measuring device of the hydrotester GT-600M offers a possibility of evaluating the technical condition of the hydraulic equipment using the direct parameters of the hydraulic drive or by simple calculation such as:  95% - 85% = 10%.  The complex arithmetic calculations are not required.

Due to high brightness of the vacuum fluorescent display the digital readout provides good readability of measured data in any level of ambient light (including sunlight). It is highly tolerant to the ambient temperature.

 The electronic device is powered by own power supply and, if necessary, by onboard power source of the diagnosed machinery or by any 12V or 24V power source.

HYDROTESTER GT 600MD, DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The hydrotester GT-600MD provides measuring parameters for two pumps or two pump sections in one operating mode of the drive motor.

The hydrotester GT-600MD is made up by two hydraulic units GT-600M and one electronic measuring instrument having a measurement mode switch and a controlled flow number selector of the hydraulic drive.

Measured flow rate in each flow – up to 350 l/min, generated and measured pressure in each flow –  up to 400 kg/cm2.

The hydrotester GT-600MD is recommended for diagnostics of split-flow hydraulic drives and for use in a stationary split-flow hydraulic bench.

 

HYDROTESTER GT-600MS – DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The hydrotester GT-600MS is used in urgent and preventative diagnostics of hydraulic drives in construction, road building, utility, logging, mining, track and farm machinery.

The hydrotester GT-600MS incorporates:

– hydraulic unit GT-600M.02 with a flow transmitter, a loading device, a pressure gage and a fluid temperature sensor;

– internal leak sensor with a quick-release coupling to connect the hydraulic unit;

– electronic device with a digital readout displaying the parameters of the hydraulic drive.

The hydrotester GT-600MS uses a leak sensor for the direct measurement of the internal leakage values in hydraulic drive subsystems and control structures.

The internal leakage data are shown on the digital readout in l/min and in % of the nominal pump discharge rate, which makes it feasible to compare the measured results with the accepted limit data without arithmetic operations.

In the process of diagnostics, the hydrotester GT-600MS measures the pump discharge rate, the pressure and the volumetric efficiency.  The pump discharge rate value is measured at various pressures to diagnose the pump control valve.

After the pump diagnostics the hydrotester GT-600MS can be switched over to the hydraulic drive subsystem diagnostic mode without depressurization of the hydraulic system; the control valve spools are used for a quick and accurate measurement of the internal leakage parameters in each operating circuit, and also in the identification of a circuit and a control structure with increased leaks, and in pressure relieve valve check and adjustment. 

The hydrotester GT-600MS with leak sensor is used in:

– measuring the output parameters of the hydraulic system of the basic equipment (flow rate, pressure, volumetric efficiency); 

– measuring the internal leakage value in the hydraulic systems of agricultural attachments and towed machinery;

– measuring the parameters of the hydrostatic transmission.
